Tara is a fine looking girl, clean and well presented.
Sadly was not really into 'A'll services, something she said she would be changing on her profile - pity I didn't know as I had been assured when booking that Tara was definitely up for all services.
Also "arrival within the hour" turned out to be an hour an a half (no phone call from office to advise of delay), but that didn't stop the driver texting early after only 45 minutes - most off-putting.
All in all not up Suzanne's usual standards that I have known for many years. 23/-8/09 Response.. Tara had advised us she would provide All Services as you say she now say's she is changing it on her profile and it has now been changed to read "at her discretion" We were unaware in the office that there had been a delay clients usually call us to alert us to this or our drivers inform us. We have looked into this and the driver told us that Tara was not quite ready at the time of pick up which was the reason for the delay and the total journey time resulted in one hour and 15 minutes so we can only appolagise for this, it is not usuall for arrival to take longer than one hour or for Tara not to be ready. The call Tara received was only an alarm call (a dropped call) letting her know she had 15 mins left it was not to tell her to leave. We are sorry you had a bad experience as you say not up to our usual standards so we do appolagise and will be making sure that everything runs more smoothly should you book with us again.
